What was the Charleston Gazette editor THINKING when they commented on August 20,2004?

How very sad that the editor apparentlydoes not trust the competence or due diligenceof the West Virginia Board of Osteopathy.Does this mean that the editor is suggesting or implying thatperhaps Texans are "smarter" than West Virginians? And, if the West Virginia Board is right, as localneurosurgeons indicate, what does that say about themotives of the Texas Board? And, how does the Texas Board arrive at a judgmentthat a physician is beyond rehabilitation? Where is theevidence? What is the evidence? And, if there is nocredible evidence to support such a statement, what doesthat say about the motives of the Texas Board?Larry

Comments:
The Texas medical board is notoriously bad, and it's long overdue for other states to stand up and reject abuses of that medical board.

Kudos to West Virginia for recognizing how unjustified the findings of the Texas medical board are.
